What Kind of Heart do You Have?
Through the parable of the sower, we are challenged to ask ourselves whether our hearts are fertile ground for the word of God. We all receive the word of God through various channels, but how we choose to believe it and, most importantly, how we choose to put it into action depends entirely on the condition of our hearts.
Christ recognizes His disciples by the fruits they produce; to call ourselves Christians, we should produce Christ-like fruits. This requires us to be selfless and decide to open our hearts to God and live for Him.
