Be Responsive to the Holy Spirit

Today’s message was about being responsive to the Holy Spirit. We first spoke about helping our brothers and sisters struggling with sin to listen, help, and encourage with gentleness. We were also asked to take some time to reflect on our own lives. How much of the Word that we heard this year has been applied in our lives?

Change starts from the inside and shows on the outside. Are we walking in the Word? We also spoke about not comparing ourselves to others. The race we run is with Christ. He is the standard. We are to evaluate our lives based on our own work and not that of others. Always keeping our focus on Christ! To be Spiritual is to be led by the Spirit- in helpings others through love and being responsive in our own lives so that we run this race well and accomplish all that Abba Father has for us.
