Today was a unique service! We were reminded of how good God is through songs and the Word. We were encouraged to go deeper in Him. Listen to today’s message to be reminded of what part we need to play to receive all that He has promised us. Learn the importance of fully surrendering to Christ and making Him the Cornerstone of our lives.

This week’s message was packed with precious wisdom! We started with a review of essential points from last weeks’ messages, reminding ourselves to:

  • delight ourselves in the Lord;
  • be holy by girding the loins of our minds and remaining sober-minded.

We were also reminded that God’s promises are unchanged, and we need to trust that they will come to pass. He’s assured us that the year would be extraordinary and it still can be! We are more than conquerors through Christ!

An essential part of the message focused on Christ’s encounter with the withered fig tree. While and after listening to this message, we need to ask ourselves if God, looking at our lives, will see fruits. Most importantly, what fruits are we bearing? To bear godly fruits in our life, we MUST have faith in God because without faith it is impossible to please God.

Our abilities don’t matter as much, since Christ has done all the work on the cross by dying for our sins. We just need to walk in the graceful and merciful love and forgiveness that God is offering. Our prayers really start at AMEN, after we’ve done the talking and are expected to do the walking.

Finally, we talked about forgiveness, a command that God gave us for our good. It’s a life-transforming gift that He gave us, and that we can achieve best with His help!
